Honor Roll Submission Guidelines

Honor Roll is a Web exclusive at www.texasschoolbusiness.com that highlights the successes and best practices of school districts, school campuses and administrators in Texas. Honor Roll is promoted monthly through email to more than 10,000 stakeholders in Texas public education. We encourage district communications directors to pitch their success stories to us.

Simply send an email to honorroll@texasschoolbusiness.com and tell us about your good news. You just might make the Honor Roll!

Important word of advice:

In this section, we focus on successes that are district-wide or school-wide. We do not cover the individual achievements of students, athletes or sports teams. However, we will consider stories about academic clubs and teams that have garnered state, national or international attention.

When making your pitch, we suggest that you focus on the best practices of the teachers and administrators behind the success story – What are they doing differently to elicit such high levels of performance in their districts, schools or students?
