Texas School Business Editor in Chief Jim Walsh was one of many who gathered May 10 at the Northside ISD Activity Center to honor retiring NISD Superintendent John Folks. In December, Dr. Folks announced that, after 42 years of working in education, he will retire at the end of the school year.
